I needed to drill a few holes in a die cast box today for 4 bnc connectors, any chance I get, I try to get training on the workshop machines, so tried this one out. Four perfect holes, but I think it will take a while to master the beast.

Nice! Fair play to you! That brings back memories, I learnt how to do basic milling on one of those as an apprentice. I wish I had space for one now, very usefull tool indeed!

It's not a Bridgeport. Higher column, knee lock is in a different place, ram is more square, head is different.

Possibly a Beaver.

Definitely. Unfortunately, try as you might, that's an image you can't forget once seen.
