The recess at my front door [and the window sills] is currently painted with Lidl's Baufix external floor paint [mid grey] which I applied some years back and which has stood up to the ravages of time and footfall very well.
It's now getting a bit marked and I'd like to give it another coat to smarten it up. I had approx half of the tub left but it got frosted over successive Winters and the problem is I can't now find the stuff - the interweb can't find any for sale anywhere.
Before I resort to another product, will it be safe to apply a coat of any other generic floor paint [e.g. epoxy] over the Baufix or can I expect a reaction? It's not a huge area so I'll not need 5 ltrs which will probably suffer the same fate, living as it does in the cave.
