Hello, thought I would ask here as I am sure a few have gone through this but maybe not in this manor?
We are fortunate to have quite a good size garden, the main reason we purchased this house. I want a double garage at the bottom of the garden and also a workshop.
The double garage will be 30m² and all within permitted development, the next building will be 15m² which is the work shop, however if the two became one building I am not within permitted development.
We have asked our local planning but it will take a while before an answer is given.
The question; If we have 2 outbuildings 1 at 30m² and the other at 15m² how far apart do they need to be to be classed as individual buildings also could they share a slab?
Any help would be great as I do need to get the workshop built - too many projects and I do not have enough space...
