I'm guessing it's down to facebook security I can click on it and see it, though I didn't watch it because quite frankly I can't stand this sort of thing. I don't need to see the result of some idiot not having a guard on a grinder.

If you're using a grinder properly with the guard in between the disk and your face how is a shattered disk going to hit you in the face. It comes off spinning so the it's going to break up a bit more either hitting the guard or the work piece either way the bulk will spin away from you, I suppose there is a chance a bit might hit you but nothing like you see in the horror video like you posted
I haven't bothered trying to watch it.
Not having a guard on a grinder really is a bit silly - if nothing else, how do you hang it up?
