Order of magnitude?

I'm wondering about getting a part laser cut but have no idea as to the cost.
Basically it's the numbers around a clock, diameter about 150mm something similar to the picture below in thin (0.8mm or less) sheet. I believe these numbers are in mild steel.



What kind of order of magnitude would this kind of job cost, £10, £100, £1000?

I don't really want to spend time creating a CAD file for my new numbers if it's going to be prohibitively expensive, I'd rather fabricate it myself.

One off I would guess about 65 to 85 to notes not had any done for a bit tho

Really only their basic setup/ run charge as material is irrelevant

Etch it using standard pcb chemicals from thin copper sheet then finish to desired colour - eminently a DIY job. You can buy photoresist in spray cans, and the etch is only ferric chloride availble on ebay. Print you pattern onto 'overhead projection film'

Id say between £50 and £100 - as above the main cost will be setup rather than materials, or even really machine time.

Its similar (in principle, but not method) as the cnc routing / engraving that i do with aluminium all day long -

As said that'll almost certainly be covered by the profile cutters minimum charge... These are ~ 900 x 500 x 0.9mm 304L (2B finish)

If i got one blank cut it'd cost me £40 + vat, if i get a sheets worth cut the unit price drops to ~£15. Same thing but in BA (bright annealed) is barely anymore. The bracket with a square hole (top left of pic) is ~ 150 x 40 x 2mm and ~ £1. Being a different thickness strictly speaking there should be a seperate min order charge but that's kinda negotiable as long as you're not taking the mickey...
