Opel/vauxhall astra central locking acting up

My sister has a 2007 opel astra, the central locking has recently starting acting up but only when it rains heavily , it means the car can't be left anywhere public or out on the road. The fob has a new battery , but when the button is pushed only the drivers door locks , while the passenger side door and back door remain unlocked.
Has anyone encountered this problem before ? I assume something is getting wet and is breaking down or malfunctioning. I am not too well up on modern cars (too complicated and too much electronics for me) but if someone has any ideas i'll try them.

I had a similar problem, all doors locked except the rear right passenger. Its a known fault, the wiring loom is too tight and wires end up breaking between the doors and pillar, so re solder or maybe just a lose plug. May just rip the interior door panel off and check it out.

keep a spare key and tape it under the car somewhere as if it locks while the key is inside your stuffed . i had a peugeot and it did it all the time ive got a vauxhall combo van now 6 month old and left the drivers door open this morning and it got wet and locked them all .it even happens when u have washed inside and steamed up its a comon problem

on the astra h which is yours, if you do the following the car will show you and fault codes stored

Foot on the brake and the accellerator pedal
Key into the ignition and turn to position 2 (dash lights up but do not start the engine)
any stored error codes will be displayed as ECN Numbers in the tacho display.

Its seems from internet searching that these particular models are notorious for this trouble , no one seems to have a definite solution though .

i would be looking for the location of the central locking unit and then check for a leak, probably around the bulkhead possibly above / behind glovebox or passenger footwell area

Done the test today and the display shows "ecn 000000" , i have googled it but can't find anything, anyone have a list or might know where to find these codes ?
