If you drive around your working area there are quite a few welding suppliers in the area.

You might be better of PM'ing Snowcat for suppliers in the Basildon/Rayleigh/Southend area. There are a few engineering suppliers (F.G. Lang and West Thurruck Engineering Supplys, plus others) in the Grays area who stock a limited range.

As for the Romford Area you have W.L. Cooke at Chadwell Heath, there's a tool shop in Brentwood Road, Romford (used to be Dunballs), and theres WES at Barking.

at basildon you have DWS (direct welding) and BOC....

At Rayleigh you have Elmdale....

At southend you have Alied...

a quick google will give you the addys...

TBH its not worth sodding about on-line for a roll of wire 15KG of solid branded is gonna be between £15-25 from any of the above, if you can save say a fiver online then thats more going to be eaten in postage...
