That is a cool car and history. But even at first glance clearly its self levelling rear suspension has s#%t itself and they offer it like that....

Yes far too much even with the history. But also note the Evo 2 190Es can fetch £250k!

I recently took home a 190 2.5-16. The 2.5 has a larger engine obviously but also a duplex timing chain. So the 2.5 is the pick of the model really. They are compact saloons and the body kit is really nice in person. Subtle but makes you look again. With these being born from DTM racing rules and in collaboration with Cosworth they are a collectors item and sure to only to only go up in value. There are extra gauges inside including a digital lap timer.

Cosworth's involvement was on the 16v heads which were developed and cast in their factory along with special pistons with reinforced ring lands.

Road going versions were significantly detuned from the racing cars but still a sporty car. Getrag 5 speed dog leg transmissions were an option mine has and they also had hydraulic locking differentials.

Incidentally, I did get mine to start up and run properly at the weekend. (I bought it as a non runner since 2011)

I cleaned and flushed the fuel tank out, ultrasonic cleaned the fuel distributor, fitted new spark plugs, 2x new fuel pumps and 4x new injectors.
