Well, today is a bank holiday in France, and we have the local 'fete du pain' its not an s&m thing, its a fete of bread. They light the bread ovens, make bread and get the old agricultural machinery out. They get the old machinery out and have a lot of cider related fun. Anyway here's some old tractors and things.

That first one dates from 1880 american diesel. I spoke to the organisers and they didnt have enough he!p to get the info panels in place. I've offered to help next year.

I don't really do cider, but I made an exception today. It was very good. Cloudy cider in French is 'trouble' they're not wrong.

tottally agree,love the saw bench perfect for keeping pedestrians & mopeds away, bit draughty for towing the caravan though.

All in its original patina, not even restored, just dragged out each year. Mat

Common sight here in the countryside, granddad had a Massey Ferguson model 35 and an even older model that got sold ages ago. My dad still has a model 65 multi power. This summer we took the kids to a veteran tractors fair nearby:

I love old tractors. We had a two cylinder diesel, very recognisable sound.
