how do I find one of mine?

Search>your name.
Put a word you remember from the thread in the search box (an unusual word!)
Untick "this forum only"

thanks biggegg,although I've tried that[except the un tick ] I can't find it, am pretty sure I used the one unique word to ID it

Or, hover on your name > click 'Your Content' and scroll back through all your forum contributions/posts - a bit of a long way round but you'll find what you seek.
