Just home from an auction this morning, got what i went for a three roll powered ring roller. Will get it wired up tomorrow and have a play with it. Came with tooling to roll 40mm and 25mm round tube as well.

Needed something a little less tiering on the arms have been asked a few times to roll large quantites of rings this will make life a lot easier.Still do a lot of exhibition work which involoves rolling 2 inch box and tube and lots of it.

Wish I could but they have laws about that now.

Have looked into that a while back but by the time you buy a motor and a reduction box you also need forward and reverse the price soon mounts up.

i assume he means tipex to cover the SWL on the hoist, so nobody knows that you're exceeding it or have i got it wrong aswell

Nah! masking tape a bit of RSJ and 100mm box took it well above the 250kg limit!

Very nice, ive seen a couple of these go for about the 4-500 quid mark, and one day Ill weaken when the stars align, the times right and I can justify having one in the shed
500kg, easy load then. We just unloaded that guillotine out with a manitou yesterday, and the farmer went back for the bigger one out of overload paranoia as the swl is 1t on the baby one

Ever wondered what is inside one of these? Not a lot! Noticed some play on the slide support when applying pressure with the centre wheel so took it apart to rectify also the hydraulics were a tad slow which was due to not enough fluid. Greased all slides bearings and gears. Now to find some work for it.
