Paint looks like the thickest part there .Paints a bit thin, but ok apart from that?
We need to start a structural paint forum!! That welding malarkey will soon be old hat!! ;-)Structural paint that is
Didn’t you realise.......that’s where crunchy bread comes from, sold in fortnum & mason at a premiumInteresting to speculate where all the fragments have ended up. Obviously in the grain but in the ongoing processing would there be magnetic separaters?
dont worry about fragments, best not to think of all the rat turds in the grain store, dead bugs, bird crap, exhaust particulates etc
A lot of grain is not for human consumption of course but any processors will have plenty contamination machines on the production line. The big thing they cannot pick out is glass so all light fittings have to be covered or coated to prevent contamination.Interesting to speculate where all the fragments have ended up. Obviously in the grain but in the ongoing processing would there be magnetic separaters?
I dive on the moorings of one of our fish farms ,,, every mooring block seems to have lobsters under them ,,, sea bed is pristine , very interesting to get a swim in the nets ,, some times when swimming round the inside repairing the odd hole , the fish farm guys throw a hand full of pellets in where your working ,,, pellets sink and the fish go mad for them ,,, you get a fair hammering from the fish , no relevance to the post , just an interesting side note.I do a bit for a fish farm outfit here. Fab and machining type stuff.
The food is delivered to the salmon by firing it (the food, not the salmon!) down a plastic tube which floats on the surface of the sea. Every now and again, more often than you’d think, the tube has to get changed out because the food abrades the inside of it and weakens it. I’ve often wondered how much of that the salmon eat along with their pellets.
A few guys I know do that sort of work.I dive on the moorings of one of our fish farms ,,, every mooring block seems to have lobsters under them ,,, sea bed is pristine , very interesting to get a swim in the nets ,, some times when swimming round the inside repairing the odd hole , the fish farm guys throw a hand full of pellets in where your working ,,, pellets sink and the fish go mad for them ,,, you get a fair hammering from the fish , no relevance to the post , just an interesting side note.
and lobster ,,, trick is to lift a couple of lobster ,,, then swap half of them for salmon ... every one wins.A few guys I know do that sort of work.
They’re using ROVs more and more for the inspections.
Funny enough the guys I know who dive and do the repairs always seem to eat a lot of salmon…..
The Westons cider factory is just down the road from me, they had an open day a while back, showed the start of the process with a guy picking up a load of fallen apples with the front bucket of a JCB - complete with all the dead leaves, sheep crap etc. All adds to the flavour I suppose...dont worry about fragments, best not to think of all the rat turds in the grain store, dead bugs, bird crap, exhaust particulates etc
Cider makers used to add a still born piglet it add body to the brew. The Westons cider factory is just down the road from me, they had an open day a while back, showed the start of the process with a guy picking up a load of fallen apples with the front bucket of a JCB - complete with all the dead leaves, sheep crap etc. All adds to the flavour I suppose...
