If he's gone through planning then the application file should be viewable to the public - I'm not sure if Scotland has the same planning system as England / Wales but if they do then they might use the planning portal to display the file online? look via your local council / local planning authorities website - if you can view it the application online send me a link to it and I'll take a quick look. I've spend 100s of hours in the last few months fighting an outrageous application near home and there can be many ways to pull them up... That said Agricultural buildings can get away with a lot more than residential buildings and with permission presumably already granted it might be hard / impossible to stop...




The lift I calculated was 1200kg at 90mph blowing in the front, so a dumpy bag won't be near enough to keep her down. Possibly some 150x150x50 column used as full length tie strips/anchors would suit me better.
