sorry, just trying to think up a different original title....
oh well. I see there seems to have been a rush of brits living in france joining, well here's another one.v
I do a bit of work digging holes when it's not too cold/wet (yeah I'm a bit of a wimp). In a previous life I was a welder/fabricator, so I can (or could) lay a bead or two.... though not flange jockeys stuff, man that's good!
Being in france means I have the regualtion barn for my toys, and a falling down one. with lathe mill drill etc, some even cnc and a cnc router that I've rattled up myself. Don't be envious of the barn - I have to cope with all that sh*t that follows me home to fill the available space
This means that to go with the crappy sip mig and effing big Hobart stick set a Kemppi ac/dc set has followed me home, how could I resist it was all shiney
the snag is it doesn't work.. ho hum
Well if I turn up anything earth shattering on mending the set I'll let you know, in the meantime I'll raise a glasss of wine to you all
