Im going to finally get around to doing this. We have been here 8 years or something, so its about time.
Modern condensing oil boiler. Grant vortex something or other, not that it makes a difference to the question -
3 'vent' pipes needed -
a) the vent from the tigerloop (internal version)
b) the vent from the overpressure (boiler / cylinder coil / pressure vessel are all sealed)
c) distillate drain
Can i do all of these in flexible 15mm PEX pipe? I mean, im pretty certain i can do the overpressure, not so sure about the distillate drain, although its only mildly acidic, and that PEX stuff is near indestructible, but im not so sure about the tigerloop vent. I think some of the underground oil line is PEX (the green stuff) so im thinking its probably absolutely fine, but if anyone knows with certainty, id be keen to know.
Oil feed is in that plastic coated copper stuff. 10mm, i think (i bought the roll ages ago).
