Oil based rust inhibitors for cavities, any recommendations?

It would be interesting to see how inner sill sections/box chassis sections look say 5 or more years

I used Dinitrol when I did my mr2 back in 2014 ish....I made sure the cans were warmed up in hot water and I did it on a hot day in the summer. You can also use an air gun to preheat the panel too.

It was so runny that quite a bit initially dropped out of the lower sill flange. Also did the rear quarters as mr2 arches are known to rot.

As far as I know those sills and arches are still perfectly fine...I sold the car a while back but the buyer did a full respray and didn't report any issues.
