Saw a home made pushbike trike on a roof rack of a jap 4x4 today,as we were beside an unmade road the driver decided to show his off road ability
by driving as fast as he dared thru the very large water filled potholes causing massive water walls, very entertaining, however the trike was only secured to the roof rack on one side, the straps were very secure and acted as a very good hinge when the trike left the roof rack on entering a very deep puddle at speed pivoting over onto the passenger side making a very nice mess of the passenger side and we think smashing the glass,he was still crashing along for a couple more puddles before his female passenger managed to get him to stop,he then spent some considerable time messing about ontop of the car trying to sort it out!Just to add I have had landrovers for 20+years and have driven that track out to shellness community many times in both LR and ordinary saloon cars, indeed several ordinary cars travelled that route today,I wonder if the guy who built the trike is on this forum, he may need some advice on bodywork!
