off road buggy question?

going to start on my off road buggy project

i'm going for a 30mm solid go cart axle, and was just wondering how i would fit quad wheels and tyres to it? go cart hubs seem to be some what diffrent to quad ones? anyone know if any will fit straight onto the axle without mucking about?
or will i have to have them machined? the axle in question has 42 splines i'm sure

Ive seen quad type hubs to fit plain or splined axles on ebay recently, needed them for a Mule

quad axles dont seem to be wide enough tbh i'll keep looking might come up with something lol
