Right guys Im having a bit of trouble with the relay in my Mig , welds fine but the Relay is making such a din , i took the covers off and blew it clean with compressor and ive squirted WD40 on the Relay , didnt do much , is there anything else I can try ?

It depends what the type of relay/ contactor is but generally there is not much that is user serviceable. As a first try if make sure all connections are tight.

You can sometimes clean any contacts up with fine emery cloth or try a squirt of solvent contact cleaner, though generally you would replace with new as it's easy to do and relatively cheap. Do you have a picture?
