Hi folks,
I've been asked to look at making a steel legged octagonal play shelter/outdoor classroom for a primary school. They've had wooden ones in the past which haven't lasted long and are contemplating another, but the guy who helps with the accounts/treasury stuff used to work for a big local house building Co so knows construction has suggested steel legs as thats where they rot first.
Basically I'm asking, this is probably best answer by Paul etc who deal with en1090 etc, are some legs for a small shelter covered, and am I right in saying site work still is exempt from the new(ish) European regs?
Any help appreciated.
