I used to do a lot of paintballing when my back worked. There was a mass ban of a certain type of air bottle due to one going bang when it was being filled to 300bar.
Turned out the guy before had used a lubricant round the fill nipple to make attaching it to the fill rig easier, the lube then got pushed into the bottle by the next in line.
The guy ended up getting some nice burns and his jersey has melted and burnt nicely.
