Hi Guys Alan is obviously missing you all as he has asked me to post a message.
He is at present stuck in hospital. He did escape once loaded with a pile of antibiotics, but that wasn't good enough a phone call a couple of days later demanded he go back so they could drip them straight into his bloodstream and to make him really suffer they have tried to offer him food.
Just to let you all know he is on the road to recovery but not yet on the road home. Will update in a couple of days

A word of caution, check if his pajama bag feels heavier, and clinks a bit when he comes home.

There may be a bit of stainless, for projects in there.

Joking aside, make sure he paces himself and not try to get back to normal too quickly.

Feed him up well, he must be at full strength for next years Klunker.

Hi Guys
I got out today.
Disgusted is the word. I figured oh, I'm better.
No I'm bloody not.
I feel crap. So it is a gentle recuperation for me.
I feel very touched by all the concern you boys have shown , part of a community even.
I felt such a fraud in hospital, I was a bit ill, some of the guys round me were in a terrible state, the nurses were wonderful, the Dr's good, the food awful. But I was expecting that. The NHS has to be protected.
Tired and emotional, off to bed.
Note I did not even think about sculptures, I was too busy with weird visuals at night. Scratch board hell, close my eyes and it was like a backlit scratchboard semi hallucinogenic and semi controllable.
