Friend finished his Engine a 7mile run with 2 other steamers

The detail and effort folk put into some of those scale engines is quite unreal. My cousin has a couple of them, he has even scratch built to scale tool kits for them, wrenches, bottle jacks the works, I don't know how he has the patience or imagination.

I always admire the people that build these years and years of spare time, plus all the patience.

I'd love one, I should have start about 10 years ago.

and a lot of them even count the rivets.....hahaha....
If I had the time I fancy a 1/3 scale Foden steam truck....

we used to ride a model steam trains as kids in Roundwood Park, NW London....65 years ago....!!!!

Took him 4 years That the second one I would not have the patience or the want to smell like a 1940 GWR carriage seat
