Nice Mill

Going round a local clearance warehouse, the sort that sells cheap chineseum tat and they had this mill near the back, I assumer it was just been stored there as there were pallets stacked around it, never seen a shaper attachment on a mill before.

That's called a slotting head I think, I seen one being used for cutting internal keyways in pulleys

Slotter and horizontal attachments with the support - that's a nice little package and worth a few bob for sure.

I have a slotter for my Beaver mill which don't seem to be very common, but you do see them come up every so often for Bridgeports.
Not sure how common they were as options on other clones of the time, if they were even available.

If its the mill your interested in acquiring, did you look at the table under the tooling to access for damage ?
