Hi im new to site just found it so joined as im trying to find where i go next Ive just completed a 10 week course for beginners in mig at ashford college and now want to progress to next level but cant find where to go i completed all my test pieces in 1 hour in mig to a respectable level and did oral exam got 95% then went on to do mma to a very good standard according to my tutor have recieved my city and guilds certificate since bought a copart mig welder but want to progress to next level can any one help distance not a problem within reason i live in Margate Kent hope someone can help cheers Brett

hi there generaly yes is the answer. either everyones busy or cant answer your question
i certainly cant unless u use stick and gas welding 
then im self taught the only other welding i do is at work when i blow sumones wiring up and weld me screwdriver and snips to cables that are live

They were only inspected visualy but i cut them in half to show tutor the test pieces were beads on a plate in the flat position,lap fillet on horizontal/vertical,tee fillet joint in the flat position,tee fillet joint in the horizontal/vertical position and open corner weld in the flat position also oral exam
