i am sure i will be asking for lots of advice pretty soon. ive been reading alot of stuff on here lately getting ready to do some mig.
i intended to get a clarke 135 or 151 but i couldnt get the vat offer for this month (checked my email and found i had one for nearly every month last year, just my luck) so went 2nd hand off ebay.......brave i know.
well anyway i got a clarke 155 turbo ,full pub bottle of co2, a spool of 0.8 wire and an autodimming mask for £200 so i`m quite happy with that.
going to get a new liner and some tips plus 0.6mm wire tomorrow oh and a decent earth clamp cos its well past its sell by date.
ive just got a few mods to make on my car basically cutting the arches out and fitting flares so i can run a wider track and i think it looks good lol. so i will be welding thin metal.
