Hi people just joined up and seeking advice. I'm in my 2nd year of college doing Fab/Weld. Always been good at fabrication and mechanical stuff from a young age. Building my own cars and motorcycles etc. I dont work in the fab/weld industry at the moment so the only welding time I get is 1 day a week at college. So have decided to buy a welder to spend more time on it and master it.
My dad already has a small MIG welder so I'm wanting a buy a TIG. Budget is £400.
The question on my mind at the moment is do I buy a cheaper chinese AC/DC one. For example a WSE200.
Or I have seen an R Tech DC Inverter for around the same price.
Help guys, cheers, Chris
