Joined looking for advice.
A few years ago I bought a VW Beetle as a project when I retired along with a Parweld XTE171 but I hadn't welded other than stick welding when I was a lot younger. I did a short night school course to learn the basics, mostly MIG but with a bit of TIG and gas. My MIG is doing OK but needs more practice.
Anyhow I decided to build myself a workshop extension to my garage so I can do stuff. I decided that I would like to improve my welding skills and especially do smaller detail parts and with aly and ss as well as ms. So now I have a decent welding bench and a new Parweld XTT202 water-cooled just itching to be played with.
Wish me luck ;=)
