You've got to love this forum , A new member introduces himself and in less than page he's been forgotten and were talking qualifications

Its ok though he's been accepted as he has a rusty junk addiction! If he had stuck in at schoolhe could have bought posher rusty things. I have been to Faslane it does rain a fair bit.

Ive a C for language, was to thick to do literature, but passed way more than expected as I don't like been told otherwise. Only needed 4 for my chosen career path, but passed 8 out of 9. Failed French….it still hasnt really improved.

I sat eight o-levels
B in maths, physics, french, applied science and technology, and engineering drawing. ( The only subject I did the homework at home, the rest got done on the bus or not at all)

D in English language

Unclassified in English literature and history.

Sat them in 1975.

Nobody has ever asked me about what results I got, so it wasn't really worth the bother taking them

The funniest one was O level woodwork, there were about a dozen of us took it, we all passed with A or B grades apart from one lad who got a U, he went on to be a chippie for the council

I cant remember what grades I achieved in school since they changed the grades system in the middle of my time. All I know is I didn't learn anything worth knowing that I couldn't have worked out myself.

The rusty vehicles are 3 Defenders a t4 van and a toyota lucida .

Hi Sean, if you've made it past more than 1 defender I don't know how you managed to avoid having to learn how to weld! I can sympathise with you on watching vehicle disintegrate before our eyes, at least with the VW and the LRs you have lots of enthusiasts and a healthy parts availability which helps. Welcome.
