Hi All
I have been asked by my boss to design a welding workshop for our factory, i was thinking of getting a metal workshop that can be built away from the main factory so the fire officer and insurance man are happy, then do like collage and run an communal pure shield argon gas supply with drop off points to regs saving space in the workshop and keeping all the bottles together. We will be mainly doing repairs to handrails, brackets, etc in stainless steel but we are also looking to get a couple of guys up to a standard to weld food pipework.
So come on people i have a blank space what equipment do we all recommend? what is a must etc?
We have at present one Miller Maxstar Dynasty 200 to start us off.
i was thinking:
Bench grinder
4.5"grinder
Chop saw
