New to TIG, questions inside

I need to get some welding done this weekend, and have a few questions to try and reduce the possibility of me killing myself!

I have had some training, but never welded solo or in my shed!

Firstly I need to recall which welding rod is for what purpose:

Top - Short silver - code is AL M6? - I think this is ALUMINIUM ?
Middle - Long bronze - code is W2 T1? - I think this is MILD STEEL ?
Bottom - Long silver - cant make out code - I think this is STAINLESS ?

Am I right for their usage ?

The copper coated one is for M/S. Of the two remaining silver ones, the one you can bend most easily is the ally one (assuming one is ally and the other stainless). Common codes for M/S are A15 and A18, for ally 4043 and 5356 and for stainless I'd hazard a guess at 316 or 316L.

great tip on identifying the ali vs stainless..cheers
