Evening all , I've decided to invest in a brand new single phase steelworker ,I've pretty much made up my mind which one I'm going to get but just wanted a second /third opinion .thanks

We have a 3phase 5 station Geka machine never had a problem in 30 years, tooling quick & easy to get

Its quite hard to give an opinion if you don't say what it is you're considering.

Budgets not really an issue it will be mostly for punch holes upto 25mm in 10mm flats and cropping 16mm sq an rounds and 100mm x 8mm flats , looked at Geka and bayliegh machines prefer the Geka at the minute .

Geka and Kingsland are the popular ones. IMO, give Baileigh a miss.
We had a 2nd hand 50T Geka, then replaced it with a 110T brand spanker, both given faultless service despite heavy daily use.
Probably get away with a smalish machine if that is your maximum capacity. Not sure if Geka's run on single phase?
I would always go for a Geka over a Kingsland, but thats personal choice.

as welderpaul says it's personal choice, but if it's down to money,

I would prefer a Kingsland, those guys at the machinesite place are giving very hefty discounts.

If they ever answer the phone that is!!! think I've decided to go with the Kingsland 40 just waiting for the last couple of quotes to come back as regards prices
