Heres a job i completed last week replacing the side raves of a Highways Agency truck along with the Wisa-Deck flooring.
When i started the job there wasnt much left of the side raves and only a few of the original welds were actually holding them on!! The flooring was also that rotten you couldnt stand on it without falling through.
Anyway, i left my dad to clean up the welds while i plasma'd the other side off and got the new side rave sections cut and prepped for fitting. Once sorted the new steel was clamped in place and welded in. After paint the new wisa-deck was fitted and if the truck didnt have a private plate you'd have thought it was newer than it is. The job came out really well i thought
