Finally got to go and get some new (old) purchases for the garage today.

Thanks to all those who gave advice on the drill etc and especially to astro_al for his in depth advice on the meddings drill.

So I managed to pick up a Meddings MK3 for £300, a sheet bender for £40, a ingersoll rand bench grinder for £20 and a pretty hefty samsonia perfect bench vice for £40.

Pretty happy with my purchases and looking forward to getting them back in regular use !!

Yes really happy with what I got for the price - the place I got them was like a goldmine for stuff - mec brown cut off saw, big ass three phase drills, tons of hand tools, a metal guillotine and other big pieces of equipment.

The stuff weighs a ton !!
