Psychedelic Pill.
Aaaarggh.
Pump up the volume pump up the volume.
Fabulous stuff. Wifey bought it for my birthday.
In the front room it sounded ok but slightly mediocre.
Took it into work today cranked it up and played it the whole day. Amplifier creep was a problem, but hell I am an 'artist'.
A double album of Mr young being self indulgent. 30 minute 'songs' guitar abuse more like. Stand out track? Walk Like a Giant, half an hour longish, had me walking like a giant.
As good as anything he has ever done. Epic, he is playing at the NEC, I might even go along and say hello.
Rock and Roll lives.

Just listening to him live at Canterbury House (Sugar Mountain 1968) came in the post from an ebay purchase this morning.
Almost finished Shakey now, been buying CD's that I don't have as I've gone through the book....

Was playing it today at work, I had all the sheet metal and bars resonating with a fine old background clatter. Bliss.
Took the front grill off the speakers, the bass cone was bouncing all over the place.
