I have never seen a LPM or CFM guage like BillJ refers to so think the one on ebay that I gave the link to will be more common.
How many clocks are on your regulator plz f0xy? If there is 1 it will show the cylinder pressure and no matter where you set the regulator it will not alter it.
If there are 2, 1 is for cylinder pressure and the other is for 'working pressure',the pressure to the torch, (the regulator adjuster will alter this one). A flowmeter can be added between the outlet from the regulator and the hose to the torch.
My torch is different from yours but I imagine if the gas seal and whatever holds it in position (a tension spring?) is in good condition and its letting gas pass, then there will be too much gas pressure, adjust reg till you hear a dull hiss at the torch nozzle when the trigger is pulled and torch held to the ear, remember to unhook your wire feed tension spring when doing this.
