New MCB's

I have two spare positions on my CU, need to fit two new mcb's to take care of my lincoln mig welder, rated at 30A and a power rail with 4 twin sockets in it, I also have a 16a socket for my tig, would two 32A mcb's take care of it, just want to make sure.

16a socket wants 16a MCB.welder wants a 32 make sure that your not going to overload the existing installation. The inrush current from welders is very high so you might need a c or d type but without technical information on your installation,earth test results etc its very hard to say that it would be as to use c or d type as the earth loop impedance needs to be low to get high enough fault current
