Ok so I was on here some time ago with an sd1 rover but my heart wasn't in it I'm A ford man and I was originally looking for a mk2 Granada well I got the sd1 running and driving and sold it on to some one in the owners club so she's gone to a good home, sold my daily driver and found this 1982 Granada 2.8gl never welded and only 85k on the clock she's not perfect hence me being back here, I've gone to some local body shops to get some prices and I keep getting the same response "sorry insurance work only" or they turn there nose up because it's not an mg, I would really like to do it my self so I can proudly look back and say I've done that, anyway I'm unsure on the best way to tackle the repairs so if anyone has experience and can talk me through how to sort it I will be extremely happy, the rear wheel arches and sill closing panel and a small part of the front chassis are what I want to tackle first as there the wort bits but really not that bad here's some photos so let me know what you think, the chassis has only gone through the first skin but is a little swollen so needs sorting before it gets to bad, both rear arches are still solid passenger side has heavy surface rust and drivers side has gone though but the rust is very localised inner arches are very good the inner sill bit is also solid apart from a small hole
