Right, let's start again and maybe you can read this one slowly eh?
If you bought he machine new, then you must have bought it from a shop or a supplier. I am suggesting that you contact the person you bought it from and firstly ask them why there are screws and a data plate missing on the back, and secondly ask them what the output current is, either ac or dc?

Alright'... thanks for helping me on this stuff..
If it's new, I'd expect it to come with a manual which ought to give some of the details which should be on the data plate anyway. Sometimes it isn't exactly a plate, it's printed on the body of the welder.
If the seller is completely useless and supplied no manual, you may find this useful.

Note that the machines appear to differ in detail. e.g. the IFL machine doesn't appear to have an internal burn back control and the back panel differs somewhat, but the IFL manual may be close enough to be useful.
I must say that I've never come across a welder being sold without a manual or booklet, at least giving an explanation of what the controls do and with health and safety warnings about fumes, arc rays, electrocution and so on.
