New House and TV help?

Moving soon well if it all goes to plan!!
House we are going to has a 75"Sony tv so wondering how to connect my own tv? it has a Comms cabinet in the loft for the CCTV and alarm.
I have asked the seller via the estate agent for more info
How are TVs connected in extension? All the TV’s have an ethernet cable and a coax cable running up to the attic. (The lounge has this either side of the fireplace)
The office has 2 Ethernet cables running up to the attic.
Where does virgin come in? It is currently located in the virgin external box, front rhs of the property. We had it cabled to the comms cabinet in the attic but this was removed when we switched to bt fibre.
So
Me being a technophobe how do I connect my virgin box to this lot ideally without a cable showing?
Why all the Ethernet cables why not just use wireless?

Wireless is convenient thats its only advantage.. Wired is ALWAYS better for speed and reliability.

outside box for cable thats run into the house to a splitter for both internet and tv

tv is a coax cable and so is the internet the phone wire has other wires and normally split from the coax side of it

if theres just ethernet then it might be just internet usage which is what i use

ethernet can also be cctv as well

Has a Virgin media box on front but not connected at house end. Current owner uses BT fibre, but I would rather stay with Virgin

you'll need a virgin guy out to sort the fiber into the house for you anyway... get them to sort it?

quick google it looks like it depends which box you have, some are connected direct to the incoming fiber, some just go on your network

virgin bod should know... but my preference would be stick the virgin router in the loft with the other stuff, then you have the virgin media box plugged into the network cable next to your tv
