New here currently studying E.C.I.T.B

Hey guys new here as the thread heading suggests I'm currently studying E.C.I.T.B lvl 3 in welding and fabrication.
Just want some advice really my end goal is to pipe weld which is a big part of that course. I already hold an N.V.Q lvl2 in welding and fabrication and have
Experience in MMA and MIG. Tig will play a small part this yr. Basically I need some advice in the best companies that pipe weld as I want to approach them for sponsorship while I study and go onto an apprenticeship.
I'm 32 this month so I'm hoping my age doesn't go against me for an apprenticeship.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated to point me in the direction I want to go with my career. Thanks.

I have nothing too positive to encourage your dream, But I do believe in knocking on doors and talking, its just too easy to throw a letter in the bin and to delete an E Mail.
Every best wish, whilst 32 is by no means old, it may well be a hinderance, but it should not, and equal oportunity should prevail.
