It was done before i moved in. Network rail had to inspect the arch and the unit was relined and rewired at the same time.
water drips in with disolved lime so the lining stops the dripping on your work/pride and juy/head del as applicable

Yup, 2.8 injection special with a brookie interior. In the process of new wings and other minor body work and the a full respray to the correct shade of bule over silver, like wot she should be.

Light's been like that since it was put up apparently.

May I ask what the rent is on such a place & how you go about aquiring one?. Could do with something like that myself.

rent is £220 for the Arch inc 'leccy. and was £100 for the single garage. Arch is 3 times the side and has "secure" gates area in front of row of arches there's 5 of them with 4 tenneants.

As to how you get one. Since this is Scotland its kinda I knew someone who was vacating and got offered it. Network Rail own the properties. they (BR anyway) used to have land agents dedicated to leasing this type of property. They've got to pay fpr the bonuses some how!!!

true some of the archers can be huge i rewired a couple local to me they were 9m to top of the roof!

Its not that big

8x6 and 2high at the start of the arch and 3ish at the apex
