New Black & Decker powerfile - arm wobbles - is it normal?

Black & Decker KA900E powerfile: just got my first powerfile in the mail and was wondering if someone could tell if arm wobbling is normal in one of these units.
The "problem" (if there's one) seems to be too much play in the plastic housing/fitting of the cylindrical part where the arm is attached.

They all wobble(to an extent) I've got b &d and evolution and they're both the same

I was using mine today, B'n'D, and I sat down at the bench to try and adjust out the play, but apparently, it can't be done. Still works great, just a bit free and easy to be accurate without taking extra care.

All the orange B&D ones wobble, when they get really bad its hard to keep the belt tracked. The older green ones are much better built & wobble a lot less.

I have one of the Aldi ones & its a lot more solidly built with less wobble & a proper nose bearing instead of a silly rubber wheel!

My one wobbles a bit , but doesn't effect it from doing its job.
To be honest I paid £35 for it at B&Q , if it only lasts a few jobs it will have paid for itself
