I'm too old at 69 & 3/12 to be playing at such things , but Covid 119 or not if my bank account etc I had the readies & running costs and not my wife's I'd be there in a flash .
I just love the CNC router bed … I thought they were always supposed to be set up on a rock solid bed but the pictures show otherwise.

From what I recall there are loads of live and work units there, its an old airfield(though still in use), now a business park.

I spotted this house out walking the dog and it was £500,000 which was quite a bit more than i thought it was worth but it said large plot with out buildings, If i would have been in the position to buy it i would have grabbed it as the garden and barn were as outlined in red.
