Needed: Schematic for Kende TIG

I have worked for years in electronics, and would like a schematic for the Harbor Freight 91811 inverter TIG welder, that is a Chinese Kende Welding Equipment Co. welder, with main circuit board KD B20783, and control CPU board #A45803. Anyone know where I can get a good schematic, with parts values shown? Harbor Freight has only a crude drawing, with printed circuit boards shown with a box, and no parts shown on PCs.
