Don't think anyone has had any problems with them, it's all down to how much gas you're gonna be using, how often you will be wanting refills, if you want any sort of technical back up etc etc

There are loads of suppliers out there and it's a matter of who satisfies your needs best or if you just need the cheapest price per m3 of gas.

As above I would say for an occasional user it's great
But as a novice and after the 3rd bottle in less then 2 months it got too expensive for just 9ltr a pop
btw, they don't do 20ltr or didn't when I asked 2 wks back
Yes am still learning so spend hrs at a time pi55ing it away, but that's the price for success
Have now switched to boc, think it was 148 inc gas for "20ltr" and about 40 a pop thereafter for each refill

Why not go with the BOC Volkzone offer where the annual rental is £37.40 and £32.29 for a refill (plus VAT)? There are quite a few BOC agents around so there is a good chance you'll be within a reasonable distance of one.
