Morning guys.
Just been hunting for jobs in the Essex area as I am currently out of work due to my business collapse....I don't have tickets for weld and fabrication even thoe I do a lot of it in my spare time...loads of companies looking for welders/fabrication and trainees....but even a trainee has to have ticket or has passed fab welding tests ect...how do they expect people who want to learn more get involved in that field....no wonder so many unemployed in this country.....you can't get a job for the love of money these days.

its either pay for it yourself or you dont have any

the only thing they offer nowadays is the ciss card and the other one so you can go on site to work but that was through the work programme if they give you it

most of the time they would dump you in there type of work just to get there off flow target and payment

seen plenty of jobs in Essex on indeed.ie youd think someone would give you a job based on interview and weld test, good luck with the job hunting
