Need new cable (unit to gun)

Just acquired clarke mig100e welder but a dog has chewed through the cable from unit to gun. Went to machine mart who put me onto parts. Spoke to them and they said it would be £45 ish all in. P/N ZEM23000003.
Which includes gun aswell.
My gun is ok, just wondering if anyone knows where i can get just the cable?

There's always a chance you'll damage the gun sometime in the future so I'd go for the whole lot and put to one side what you may need later.

I can supply you with a new handle but not just the cable, you will be looking at the complete assembly from MM I'm afraid

I did think that. Cant be too hard. Or any other manufacturers that make the cables. Anyone done it before?
