need a switch

i need to get a 4-pole double throw switch with centre off for my lathe.
any ideas where to get one?
rang cef they said they wouldnt carry one and couldnt suggest anyone.

its to replace the forward/reverse switch on my clarke lathe, got article out of back copy of mew.

also want to fit some ort of kill switch i can either hit with my knee or foot if something happens.
whats best way to do this?

get one of ebay from china there about 9 quid delivered there ok. then get a contact starter with a kill switch
