Off the top of my head I'm not entirely sure, the.machine broke months ago, its an intermittent fault and sometimes will run sometimes won't even start.

What are you using the welder to weld? ? These welder are good mate depends if you like the digi but I've been using this since it came out never had a problem

Used them 323r machines, they're cheap and nasty for Kempii. Broke mine after 8 months, welding with it day in day out, serious earthing fault, and one day it went pop, burst a load of smoke, melted the earth lead. Left the company for another a few days later.

Beautiful, engine doesn't skip a beat, 3000 odd hours on the clock, must have been a hire machine. Overpaid for it really, less than 10 hours welding on it and it started playing up.
Like I say its an electrical issue not mechanical.
Want to get it sorted ideally. @Jim Davey did you have the contact details for the firm in southampton?

No problem, mine was the best investment I ever made, I now have 2 vans and want another Ranger to put in it. Also, I think it is Jims business that Is in Southampton looking at his avatar and details

There's no way Rapid reccomended me. I am in Southampton though.

I will give you a call once this relay arrives. Im 75% certain that will sort the auto idle issue. Whether it then starts properly everytime is another matter. It lost welding power once just before the idle problems started but hasnt happened again.

Good setup that, I run Rangers, XMT and 12VS feeders on the hire fleet.

Hi Guys, good to meet you's. Completely agree I run a Miller XMT 350 with 8VS suitcase together with Optima pulse controller and it's a beast, serious heavy duty piece of welding kit. I had change out of 2000 for the Xmt and suitcase on an auction (the suitcase was unused). I added a Optima pulse and wireless tig pedal for another 1100.
I use for ship and plant repairs
